At Trendy Traditional Outfits, we follow a No Cancellation Policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. However, we do provide an exchange option under specific conditions.

1. No Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• This includes prepaid, ready-made, and customized orders.

• We begin processing orders immediately, so cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

• A size exchange or product exchange is allowed only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or wrong.

• Exchange request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • With original tags & packaging

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

• Customized / stitched / altered outfits

• Clearance or sale items

• Products with minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order with product images/video.

2. Our team will verify and approve the exchange request.

3. The customer must return the product in its original condition.

4. Once received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

• Reshipping charge applies for sending the exchanged product.
